LOOTZ

Play smart

Responsible Gaming

Lootz should always be fun. If it stops being fun, stop playing. Here is how to stay in control.

01Play for fun

Lootz is entertainment. Every box pays out, but many boxes return less than their price, and over time you should expect to spend more than you get back. Think of what you spend as the price of the fun, never as a way to make money or win back losses.

02Set your own limits

  • Budget first. Decide how much you can afford to spend before you start, and stop when it is gone.
  • Time box it. Set a timer for each session and take regular breaks.
  • Keep wallets separate. Use a dedicated wallet that holds only your play budget, never savings or money for bills.
  • Never chase. Do not open more boxes to win back what you spent.
  • Play clear-headed. Avoid playing when you are upset, stressed, tired or have been drinking.
  • Take a break. If you want a pause from Lootz, disconnect your wallet, use blocking software, or ask us to restrict your wallet at hello@lootz.xyz.

03Warning signs

It may be time to stop and talk to someone if you:

  • spend more money or time than you planned, again and again;
  • chase losses or feel you need to play to feel better;
  • borrow money, sell things or use money meant for bills to play;
  • hide your playing from family or friends;
  • feel anxious, irritable or guilty about playing;
  • neglect work, study, sleep or the people around you.
